Haply Robotics announced that next month at the Consumer Electronics Show 2025 in Las Vagas, the firm will be recognised via the event’s Innovation Awards 2025 for its Miniverse product, a device that looks to provide a mouse-style solution for workers operating in a 3D spatial environment.

At the event, CES will recognise the Miniverse product as part of its “Metaverse” and “XR Technologies & Accessories” categories, whereby Haply Robotics has won the “Best of Innovation” and “Honoree” awards, respectively.

Colin Gallacher, President & Co-Founder of Haply Robotics, added:

We’re thrilled to see the MinVerse recognized by the CES Innovation Awards program, joining notable past winners like Lenovo ThinkBook, Motorola Razr, and the iRobot Roomba, a personal favorite of mine. With the MinVerse, we’re bringing the precision haptic technology proven in our flagship Inverse3 to a broader audience. Our goal is to make advanced 3D control accessible to everyone, transforming how people experience and create in digital spaces.

CES 2025 is taking place January 7-10 in Las Vegas, where thousands of innovative technology vendors are looking to stand above the rest with solutions that will change everyday life.

Haply Robotic’s solution is open to businesses and consumers; looking to assist those working with digital design and engineering workflows.

The MinVerse product is a 3D mouse solution that leverages haptic technology to replicate a digital object’s texture, weight, resistance, elasticity, viscosity, and edges. In the firm’s promotional video, Haply Robotics showed the Minverse device in use alongside a Meta Quest product.

The firm notes that the Miniverse product is ready for use cases such as 3D modelling, sculpting, and virtual exploration. To support workers in these sectors, Miniverse is ready to be integrated alongside platforms such as Blender, RoboDK, and Haply’s first-party HARP software.

The device is also portable, making the Mininverse product ready for modern workers who may not be in a large office or are working on the go. Moreover, Miniverse comes with an open-source platform, allowing dedicated developers to push the future and abilities of the device going into 2025.

Sony also Wins Big at CES
